FIRST RATE VISIT 60 Minutes
60 minute session that tailors to the needs of the client combined with a 10 minute assessment for the first visit. Total of 70 minutes.
Person With Cancer 60 Minutes
60 Minutes session for people battling cancer (also for first visit). A mix of lymphatic drainage, and reflexology. A medical note is required.
30 Minutes Therapeutic
A quick session that will work on injuries and pain.
30 Minutes Cupping
A quick session of massage and cupping focusing on an area of the body.
60 Minute Swedish / Therapeutic
Swedish or therapeutic session that will tailor to the needs of the person.
60 Minute Deep Tissue
Deep tissue of the full body or an area of the body.
60 Minute Prenatal Massage
Pregnancy cushion or side position massage for pregnant women. Only after 3 months of pregnancy.
60 Minute Cupping
Full body mix of cupping and massage.
60 Minute Lymphatic Drainage
Session can be full body or focused on an area of the body.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy
For first visit appointments, please arrive 10 minutes earlier. You may complete the health form online prior to your scheduled appointment.
In the case of a cancellation, please advise 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment. In the event of no shows, missed appointments or cancellations under 24 hours will result in a fee of half of the amount (50%) of the service reserved. There is a fifteen minute time frame for every client to be late. After fifteen minutes, your appointment is automatically cancelled and considered a no show which will result in a cancellation fee. In this event, you must pay the fee before your next scheduled appointment.
Email and text reminders will always be sent two days before the scheduled appointment. Please book accordingly. If there needs to be changes please do so in a timely manner.
