For first visit appointments, please arrive 10 minutes earlier. You may complete the health form online prior to your scheduled appointment. 

In the case of a cancellation, please advise 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment. In the event of no shows, missed appointments or cancellations under 24 hours will result in a fee of half of the amount (50%) of the service reserved. There is a fifteen minute time frame for every client to be late. After fifteen minutes, your appointment is automatically cancelled and considered a no show which will result in a cancellation fee. In this event, you must pay the fee before your next scheduled appointment.

Email and text reminders will always be sent two days before the scheduled appointment. Please book accordingly. If there needs to be changes please do so in a timely manner.
